At Jamps, we collaborate with architects, designers, and artists to create projects that are sustainable without compromising quality or ambition.

Our studio features a metal laser cutter, allowing us to make the most of every sheet of metal, with aluminum offcuts cast into new objects in our furnace—an approach that reflects our commitment to reducing waste and reimagining possibilities.

Having witnessed first hand the wastefulness often associated with fabrication, we are dedicated to shaping a more responsible and sustainable future for design.

Founded in 2018 by RCA graduates Martha McGuinn and Tom Pearson, Jamps is a consultancy and studio redefining contemporary design and fabrication.

Sustainability is at the heart of what we do. We advise on material choices, fabrication methods, and sustainable procurement, always prioritizing materials that can be reused, repurposed, or recycled.

Rooted in our core principles, we provide guidance on design and fabrication decisions, acting as consultants, project managers, and lead contractors to see projects through to completion. With an extensive team and a network of trusted suppliers, we adapt our approach to meet the unique demands of each project.

We specialize in experimental projects, combining design research with hands-on workshop development. Drawing on a deep understanding of contemporary technologies and novel processes, we embrace new materials, solve complex challenges, and bring bold ideas to life. Through in-house experimentation, we push boundaries to craft innovative and meaningful results.
